As the coronavirus is reaching pandemic proportions, we see that this health crisis is also having a severe impact on global business. EFD Induction is continuously monitoring the latest development of the of the crisis, and we are taking appropriate steps to maintain production and secure the delivery of our products and services.

We follow the directions from governments and health authorities and have introduced a number of stringent measures to keep our staff safe whilst maintaining the highest possible level of service to our customers under the current circumstances. This includes emergency support as well as deliveries of spare parts, consumables, inductors etc.

Our service engineers are available in all countries that are not affected by government shutdowns. During service visits, we will adhere to a strict set of guidelines to help mitigate the risk of infection both to your staff as well as our own.

Customers that require repair or service on a small induction system that can be shipped, should consider sending the unit back to EFD Induction.

In case we cannot come to your site, our service engineers stand by to assist you on video and telephone.
