Sales Manager

EFD Inductions is searching for an experienced Sales Manager for the Swedish market. 

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Proactive sales, negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements both to existing and new customers
  • Execute the sales strategy and customer management
  • High degree of customer visits in Sweden
  • Identify and analyse new market opportunities
  • Daily work in the CRM system
  • Meet KPIs – goals and objectives
  • Attend order review meetings
  • Follow up milestones according to our Total Quality Management System (TQM)


  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience within technical solution selling in Sweden.
  • Team player
  • English and Swedish/Norwegian language fluent, both written and oral.

The position is either placed in Skien, Norway, or in home office in Sweden with frequent visits to production site in Norway.
