New Managing Director for EFD Induction Germany
EFD Induction, Europe’s largest manufacturer of industrial induction heating equipment, today announced the appointment of Henk de Lange as the new Managing Director of the company’s German operation.

Henk has the background in change management needed to take EFD Induction Germany forward, and to develop it into a center of excellence and product innovation for the global induction heating industry.’
A Dutch national, 47 year-old de Lange holds a M.Sc.from Delft University in the Netherlands, as well as an Executive MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. He began his career as a project engineer for Stork Boilers in the Netherlands, before moving to Italy to work on renewable energy projects for ENEL, the country’s largest power company.

That, plus the fact that we have exceptional in-house expertise and resources, means we are well positioned to become even more successful.’De Lange will officially take over the position from outgoing Managing Director Helmut Schulte on September 1 this year. ‘All of us at EFD Induction owe Helmut a big thank you for all his hard work during the past of years,’ said CEO Petersen. ‘And I’m glad to report that he will be staying at the company, concentrating on sales and business development.
