Data privacy protection

The new General Data Protection Regulation have entered into force and EFD Induction is dedicated to protecting the personal data of all our contacts.

The "General Data Protection Regulation", or GDPR for short, entered into force on the 25th of May 2018. The GDPR is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.

EFD Induction, including our subsidiaries outside the EU/EEA, must comply with the GDPR when dealing with EU businesses’, residents’ or citizens’ data. You can read about how we protect personal data for clients, suppliers and others in our Privacy statement for external contacts.
